<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate control of a stagnating time of liquid even if a liquid amount in a tower bottom is small by providing a spiral tubular heating pipe to a bottom part in a gas-liquid contact apparatus. CONSTITUTION:To a tower bottom of a multistage distillation tower 1, a spiral tubular heating part 2 is provided. In order to heat a tower bottom part, a liquid bath using a heating medium 6 such as a silicone oil or the like or a jacket using a double wall is attached thereto. When distillation is carried out, a high b.p. component is flowd into the spiral tubular part from the distillation tower 1 in a liquid form and efficiently heated therein and a volatile component is evaporated to be raised through the distillation tower 1. Even if a liquid amount in the tower bottom is small, the tower bottom liquid is concentrated to the spiral tubular part and heated in good efficiency. Further, if a sump 3 of the bottom liquid is provided to the spiral tubular heating part 2 and a diameter thereof is made comparatively smaller than that of the distillation tower 1, even if the liquid amount is small a liquid height is held to a certain degree and level control is made easy.</p> |
