PURPOSE:To remove the ice/snow sticking efficiently without deteriorating electric performance, by building in a metallic wire only on the surface skin externally, taking only dielectric substance for the inner skin and taking the thickness of a core layer as a multiple of semiwavelength of electromagnetic waves in the core layer. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric substance 2 of the core layer is coated with external and internal skins 1, 3, and a metallic wire 1a is incorporated at the inside of the skin 1. The difference between the susceptances of the dielectric substance of skin incorporated with the metalic wire and of the metallic wire itself is selected so that it is almost equal to the susceptance of the dielectric substance of the skin not incorporated with the metallic wire, and so that the thickness of the core layer is a multiple of semiwavelength of electromagnetic waves in the core layer. Thus, without deteriorating the electric performance, the removal of stuck ice/snow can be made efficiently. |
