PURPOSE:To make the entire size constant, by keeping a plurality of components of a resonator consecutively to the same direction, incorporating them to a shield case, and providing a shield metallic film horizontally near the grounding side of the dielectric substance of the components of the resonator. CONSTITUTION:A hole gap is made almost in coincidence with the center saft of a rectangular solid made of barium titanate or the like, a metallic film made of silver or copper is vapor-deposited on the inner wall, or a metallic rod is inserted to the hole gap, to form components 2-4 of the resonator, and the components are inserted to a shield case 1 via gaps 5-8. A metallic film 13 for shield is coated horizontally with a suitable width near the grounding side of the side surface opposing to the component 3 of the adjacent resonator among the side surfaces of the dielectric substance of the component 2 and the ridge is connected to the case 1. Shield metallic films 14, 15 are provided with the dielectric substace of thecomponents and a shield metallic film 16 is provided for the dielectric substance of the component 4. |
