PURPOSE:To prevent the insulation damage without applying excessive force for the subject stator coil by a method wherein a narrow-stripped member is attached along the lower surface of the loop-shaped section located at the end of the coil through the intermediary of an elastic material and after the above has been formed in a body using a binding rope, the lifting of the coil is performed by having a coil lifting rope passes through the upper coil section. CONSTITUTION:When performing a coil lifting work in the process wherein a hexagonal coil is to be incorporated in a core, firstly, a coil protecting plate 20, consisting of an elastic material such as molding asbestos and the like, is applied on the lower surface of the loop-shaped section 6 located at the coil end. The thickness of the coil proctecting plate 20 is adjusted in proportion to the amount of the life. The narrow-stripped material 17 is placed under the coil protecting plate 20 and the coil 3, the protecting plate 20 and the narrow-stripped member 7 are tied up in a body and fixed using a binding rope. Under this state, the coil lifting rope is passed through the upper coil 5 and the coil lifting work is performed. Through these procdures, as the lower coil is floated up too from the slot bottom, no excessive force is applied and cracks and damage ae not generated. |
