PURPOSE:To stabilize behavior of ink turning into droplets and maintain high quality of printing by providing the deaeration device on the delivery route from the ink charging pump to the ink jet head and deaerating periodically. CONSTITUTION:Ink in an ink reservoir 1 is charged to the air bubble capturing apparatus 12 of the deaeration device 17 via filter 2, pump 3, accumulator 4, filter 5, electromagnetic valve 6, and air bubble 15 in the ink is captured by the fine mesh filter set in the inside, then, ink is supplied to the ink jet head, injected from the tip as fine droplets, and charged selectively by the charging electrode 8 and printed on a recording paper 10 being deflected by the deflecting electrode. Meanwhile, air bubble 15 captured by the filter 14 is collected to the air bubble accumulator 16 and discharged to the outside by the valve device 13 periodically opened. |
