PURPOSE:To obtain high measurement accuracy and simplify the operation of measurement by supporting an object to be measured freely furnably, and detecting the turning displacement angles in the static position thereof when rotating torque is applied therefore and when not. CONSTITUTION:A turning body 22 to be measured is supported between support shafts 20 and 21, and when it comes to a standstill in a freely rotation state, it is marked via a marking plunger 63 by the signal 68 from an arithmetic processor 54. Next, the servomotor of a torque applying means 33 is rotated at an assigned speed by a speed controlling part 53. The constant torque acting between a rotary disc 54 and a permanent magnet 43 and a yoke 42 is transmitted to the body 22 via a transmission shaft 46 and the shaft 20, then the body displaces up to the position where the rotating moment by the quantity of the static unbalance of the time and the applied torque balance and comes to a standstill there. The quantity of the static unbalance is operated in accordance with the displacement angle thereof in an arithmetic processor 54, and temp. correction is applied in accordance with the signal of temp. detector 64. Thereby, the high accuracy of measurement is obtained, and the operation is made simple. |
