CONSTITUTION:A charge control agent having a same polarity charge property is used as that of a magnetic toner which contains magnetic powder, binder resin and a charge control agent, and is used by mixing 2 or more kinds of magnetic toners having different magnetic powder contents (as for the quantity to be added, 5-50wt% magnetic powder content of a low magnetic force toner, 40-70wt% that of a high magnetic force toner).
