PURPOSE:To control the running length of a sound recording tape corresponding to the number of films, by executing the sound recording only for a constant time by a photographing signal. CONSTITUTION:A sound recording and reproducing controlling circuit 2 controlled by a time setting circuit 4 is connected to a photographing mechanism part 1 of a still camera, so as to control a recording and reproducing machine 3 having a microphone, a loudspeaker, a recording head, etc. When a switch SAis closed by a photographing operation of the photographing mechanism 1 of the still camera, the time setting circuit 4 starts, a recording tape of the recording and reproducing machine 3 is made to run only for a constant time through the recording and reproducing controlling circuit 2, and recording corresponding to a photographing picture is executed. Since the recording time is constant to the frame of a still photograph, a recording tape of constant length corresponding to the number of photographing films is obtained. |
