<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a print head which excels in resolving power and economical efficiency, by using a light source, a heat shielding filter, a condenser lens, a liquid crystal element for optical switching, etc. CONSTITUTION:An electrostatic latent image such as a character, etc. is formed to an oppostie electrostatic copying drum 113 by the use of a print head. This print head consists of a halogen lamp 102, a filter 104 that shields the heat of irradiated light, a cylindrical plastic condenser lens 105 that forms the irradiated light into an image in a liquid crystal optical switching element 110, and an element 110, etc. Thus a liquid crystal-driven printer head is obtained with the high resolving power and excelent economical efficiency.</p> |
