PURPOSE:To enhance reliability and to manufacture inexpensively by arranging end filling members to insulating paper having bonding varnish by performing cutting in the width direction by using high density energy such as laser beams. CONSTITUTION:The insulator 6 and the end filling members 9 are sent in a direction 14, and the laser beams are emitted from laser beam nozzles 11. Said laser beams 12 sequentially pierce and cut the end filling members 9, bonding varnish 8, and insulating paper 6. The cut insulator 6 and the end filling members 9 are compressed and sent out by pinch rollers 13a and 13b. The end filling members 9 are fixed to the insulating paper 6 by melted bonding varnish. The interlayer paper obtained by this way is cut into a specified length, and inserted between the layers of a multilayer coil. |
