PURPOSE:To suppress the degradation of tuyeres and the refractories around the same by mounting a metallic block having plural fine pores to the leading end part of concentrical multipipe tuyeres. CONSTITUTION:A metallic block 12 having a large number of fine pores 6 is secured by weld beads 16 to the leading end part of conventional concentrical multipipe tuyeres. The fine pores 6 are pierced from the outside surface 17 of the metallic block toward the flow passage 3 for a hydrocarbon type fluid. A stuck ground metallic layer 5 is formed on the outside surface of the block 12 owing to the cooling effect of the hydrocarbon type fluid, but since the pores 6 are formed as flow passages for the fluid, the directivity toward the axial center direction of the tuyeres is not hindered. The refractories near the tuyeres are prevented from direct exposure to the combustion flames of oxidizing gases and hydrocarbon fuel and the erosion of the tuyeres and the refractories around the same are suppressed. |
