A fluid dispenser serves to discharge a fluid, in particular a liquid, cream or lotion, from a vessel. The dispenser is equipped with diaphragms which are a component of valves, one of which serves to feed in air from the outside and the other to discharge fluid. By feeding in compressed air or by compressing the container, a discharge of fluid is brought about in that when the pressure is dropping a slight partial vacuum is produced in the inside of the container and as a result a small amount of fluid flows back into the discharge opening, as a result of which dribbling out of the dispenser is reliably avoided. <IMAGE>
