PURPOSE:To prepare the titled ink useful for the printing of paper label, etc., and having various advantages such as reduction of heating energy, increase of working speed, etc., by mixing a specific polyvinyl chloride paste resin, a plasticizer, a gelatinization agent, and a diluent, and defoaming the mixture. CONSTITUTION:The objective ink curable at a temperature of as low as <=160 deg.C, can be prepared by mixing (A) 100pts.wt. of emulsion-polymerized polyvinyl chloride paste resin containing 3-5wt% of vinyl acetate copolymerized unit, (B) 20-80pts.wt. of a plasticizer having a sulubility index of <=9.0 (e.g.phthalic acid diesters) (C) 3- 10pts.wt. of a diluent (e.g. straight-chain paraffin solvent), and (D) 0.5-5pts. of a gelatinization agent (e.g. a metallic soap), sufficiently dispersing the components with an ink roll, and defoaming the mixture. EFFECT:It has excellent storage stability,, and the sharpness of the printed ink layer can be maintained after screen printing. |
