CONSTITUTION:When a first evacuee slides down along a meandering slide-down passage 12 and reaches an approach passage 8, he is caught at the funnel-shaped deceleration passage 81 of the approach passage 8. And the evacuee slides down more or less in a twisted way along the deceleration passage 81, and falls slidingly into the next deceleration passage 81 through a small diameter exit 812, and reaches a platform 2. And he gets out of an escape window 82 and prevents swinging by fixing the approach passage 8 to the platform 2.
