PURPOSE:To take out KAMABOKO automatically from a retainer for steaming KAMABOKO, by making a KAMABOKO cradle having means for holding KAMABOKO invertible and liftable. CONSTITUTION:The KAMABOKO 3 is put in the retainer A attached to a conveyor, transferred in a steaming chamber, and steamed. When the retainer A left from the steaming chamber is unlocked, opened, and reached to the taking out part for KAMABOKO 3, the cradle 23 for KAMABOKO is dropped above the retainer A by the lifting mechanism 19, the holding member 29 is raised by the cylinder 27, and the KAMABOKO 3 is held between the holding member and the protrusion part 28. The cradle 23 for KAMABOKO is moved upward by the lifting mechanism 19, the KAMABOKO is taken out from the retainer A, the cradle 23 for KAMABOKO is lifted and inverted by the inverting mechanism B, and placed under the conveyor 33. After this, the holding member 29 is released, the conveyor 33 is operated, the taking out plate is advanced, and KAMABOKO is transported. |
