<p>The collapsible roof for a caravan comprises lateral side panels hinged to both the roof and a base. An hydraulic ram acts on one of the lateral side panels which, in moving from an horizontal position to a vertical position, causes the roof to be raised. Rigid longitudinal panels which are also hinged to the roof are then folded down into a vertical position to stabilise the assembly.</p> |
