PURPOSE:To inspect damages and holes of laver automatically, by using a counter and an image sensor operated by a pulse encoder. CONSTITUTION:The position of laver on the feed conveyor 21 is corrected by the guide 35 moving to one side, the laver is passed through the guide 5 with slit hole, and light rays of the light source 7 are intercepted by the light hole 4. The signal detected by the image sensor 8 is sent to the controller, and a counter which is preset based on the size of the laver is operated. When the laver has a hole, the light rays from the light source 7 enter into the image sensor 8, the controller judges it as inferior goods, the selenoid 18 is energized, and the inferior laver is sent to the side of the inferior goods by the selecting guide 12. When the laver is judged excellent goods, it is sent to the transportation conveyor 14. |
