PURPOSE:To improve long-time preservation and chemical stability of a sensor, by a method wherein a 30-crown-10 derivative is used as potassium ion exchange group and fixed by a covalent bond. CONSTITUTION:0.01mol of compound (A) represented by formulaI, 0.05mol of KOH, 0.01mol of chloromethylstyrene and 80ml of acetonitrile are reacted at room temperature to prepare compound (B) represented by formula II. 0.005mol of compound (B), 0.1mol of styrene 50mg of benzoyl peroxide and 20ml of benzene are subjected to radical copolymerization to obtain a styrene-crown-30 derivative copolymer. 100mg of the copolymer, 300mg of polyvinl chloride, 4mg of potassium tetraphenylborate and 100mg of didecyl phthalate are dissolved in 10m of cyclexanone. A gate portion of Si3N4 gate FET is surface treated with trimethoxyethoxyvinylsilane, dipped in the above solution and pulled up, and then the solvent is evaporated to form a polymer film containing the crown-30 derivative. |
