PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and to facilitate the assembling to manufacture, by using a coil bobbin comprising a bobbin portion, a holding portion and an engaging piece formed integrally. CONSTITUTION:A connecting portion 8b is extended from one end of a bobbin portion 8a for a motor 4 and bent along the edge of the motor so as to from a holding portion 8c for a driving circuit of circuit board 10. A spring portion 8d is extended from the holding portion 8c along the lengthwise direction of a battery contact piece 13. The holding portion 8c includes at its tip end a control knob 8e, and an engaging piece 13c is formed on the lower surface thereof. When the control konb 8e is moved upward, a control piece 13c is also moved in conjunction with the engaging piece 8f and at the same time, a switch spring piece 13d is moved. The tip end of the spring piece 13d comes into an elastic contact with a circuit pattern of the circuit board 10, So that the second hand is stopped. |
