PURPOSE:To allow to reverse a paper in reversing mechanism of a duplex copying machine at high speed without causing any jamming, etc., by preparing a paper reversing guide member which makes rear end of the paper suckingly holded by reverse direction transfer means. CONSTITUTION:When reversing, the paper is curvingly advanced by a deflection guide 26, sent by rollers 31 and 32, transferred on guides 34, 35 and touches to a stopper 41. When the rear end of the paper comes out from the gap between rollers 24, 32, it is suckingly hold to the belt 40, which has fine sucking holes, by stiffness of paper and by means of a suction fan 36, and the sucked rear end is now becomes the front end, and passes between rollers 31 and 32, and sent to the sorter 12. The reversingly conveying belt 40 is extendingly installed between rollers 37, 38 and an idler 39, and the suction fan 36 is installed inside the belt. Further, a guide 34 is formed to cover a part of the belt 40, so that the end of the paper will not be curbed by the belt 40. |
