PURPOSE:To improve drive efficiency, by connecting the input side of a transistor that is Darlington-connected to a DC power source through another transistor and a resistance and connecting one end of each transistor to the output side through a resistance. CONSTITUTION:The collector of a PNPTR T5 of which the emitter is connected to a power source Vcc is connected to the base of NPN power transistor TR T1 of which the collector is connected to the power source Vcc, and the connecting point is connected to the emitter TR T1 through a resistance R4. The base of the TR T5 is also connected to the collector of NPN TR T6 of which the emitter is connected to the emitter of TR T1 through a resistance R5, and further is connected to the power source Vcc through a resistance R6. The base of TR T6 is connected to the power source Vcc through a resistance R1, and switching is performed through TR T3 to rectify the output current taken out of the emitte of TR T1.
