PURPOSE:To ensure the cutting off of a cooling liquid in a tank from the atmosphere while preventing fluctuations in the pressure by automatically adjusting the pressure therein in accordance with the atmospheric pressure by means of adjusting valves provided at a an inducing pipe communicated to the cooling liquid tank and at a joint of a pipe communicating to the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A conveying pump 4 and a return pipe 7 are connected to a cooling liquid tank 5 housing a cooling liquid to form a cooling liquid circulation system for cooling electrical appliances. An adjusting valve 12 is mounted to the cooling liquid tank 5 while an adjusting valve 11 is mounted at the joint between an guide pipe 8 for connecting the tank 5 to an air communication pipe 9 and the air communication tube 9. Thus, the pressure in the cooling liquid 5 is maintained equal to the atmospheric pressure. This checks fluctuations in the pressure in the cooling liquid circulation system while ensuring the cutting off of the cooling liquid from atmosphere. |
