PURPOSE:To enhance the vibration resistance and the impact resistance of a fine tube by separately providing a cylinder for engaging and holding the fine tube with the inner end at the end of the outer tube of the gas laser tube of double tube structure. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 30 having reflecting mirror mechanisms 15, 16 at both ends, a discharge path forming hole 30b at one end of an outer tube 11 of a gas laser tube 10 of double structure made of fine tube 12 and the outer tube 11 and a fine tube engaging hole 30a for engaging and holding the fine tube 12 is provided, a metallic flange 19 is formed at the end, and one reflecting mirror mechanism 16 is bonded thereto. In this manner, it can enhance the vibration resistance and the impact resistance while maintaining the stable discharge. |
