A device comprises an inlet (12) and an outlet (9) coaxial tubes which are introduced into a hollow rod (5) of a pneumatic drive. The tubes (12) and (9) are contained in a casing (21) provides with two coaxial walls (22) and (23) forming an internal (C) and an interwalls (D) spaces. The interwalls space (D) is connected through the inlet tube (12) and a non-return valve (29) to the internal space (C). The internal space (C) is connected to a source of liquid through a non-return valve (32). The device provides for a constant overpressure of the transported liquid thus decreasing pressure pulsations.
