PURPOSE:To quickly check the abnormality in measurement data and the cause thereof by mounting a sensor for detecting the air bubbles contained in liquid near a discharge port of a flow passage in which the liquid requiring fixed rate dispensing flows. CONSTITUTION:A sample tube 1 forms the flow passage for a reagent communicating with a reagent bottle which is not shown in the figure. A dispensing nozzle 2 is connected to the end of a reagent tube 1 and forms the flow passage for the reagent and a discharge port 2a. The reagent is discharged by pump driving through the reagent tube 1 and the dispensing nozzle 2 from a reagent bottle which is not shown in the figure. The reagent fed in the tube 1 is checked for the presence or absence of the air bubbles included therein by a photointerruptor 3 just before discharging. The output of the photointerruptor 3 is disturbed as well according to the disturbance A in the quantity of light if the air bubbles are included in the reagent. An error code is, therefore, outputted to inform the operator of the abnormality. |
