The valve has a housing wall with inlet and outlet ports, a valve chamber, and a valve seal. The seal is adjusted by a movable control, and is lifted off a valve surface. The valve seal (7) consists of a flexible elastic membrane, with a passage aperture (25) for a control fluid. A seal- and control element (30) is moved by the movable control (6), to open against the interior pressure of the valve chamber. The valve seal has an associated support (13), and there is a flow channel for the control fluid between the two. The channel opens from a passage aperture in a disc-shaped part (14) of the valve seal.
