PURPOSE:To obtain a means effective for control over an anti-corrosive potential at an actual plant, by adequately using respective operation modes for a potential controller by an electric corrosion preventing method, by switching a potential measuring instrument, a signal processor and a power amplifier. CONSTITUTION:When a changeover switch SW is connected to the 1st terminal S1, an amplifier A is individually usable and a step signal or sine-wave signal is inputted from an external input terminal T to measure a potential, obtaining data regrading the dynamic characteristics of a plane. Then, when the switch SW is connected to the 2nd terminal S2, it operates as a normal potentiostat. When the switch SW is connected to the 3rd terminal S3, potential control at an actual plant is exercised stably by adjusting respective P, I and D constants of a controller C. Further, when the changeover switch SW is connected to the 4th terminal S4, an output current is controllable, under the command of the controller C, according to a difference between a set potential and a measured potential. |
