PURPOSE:To make it possible to control speed with high accuracy and without drift, by using a digital speed setting device fo speed setting. CONSTITUTION:A digital speed-setting device 10 that set up rotational speed, a digital circuit 20 that calculates the reciprocal of a set-up speed, a digital circuit 23 that multiplies the output of the digital circuit 20 and a speed detection signal of a rotating electric machine, and a phase difference detection circuit 25 that compares the output of the digital circuit 23 and an output signal from a pulse originating device are provided. The comparison signals from the detection circuit 25 are used as a correction loop for rotating machine speed control system. With this arrangement the desired purpose can be achieved and at the same time the output frequency of the multiplier 23 becomes constant regardless of the speed of the rotating machine, allowing speed control of high accuracy. |
