PURPOSE:To reduce the man-hour and the cost dispensing with a bearing and a bearing cylinder by solidly forming a bearing section of a rotating shaft concurrently applying a synthetic resin having a proper component intended to mold a stator core and a coil. CONSTITUTION:A bearing section 10 of a rotating shaft 4 is formed simultaneously with the molding of a stator core 1 and a stator coil 2 employing a synthetic resin 13. The synthetic resin 13 therein used is a monomer having an ethylene double bond, whose composition has a maleic imide compound as essential component. In addition, the composition is blended with an insaturated polyester compound, a diarylphthalate prepolymer, epoxy acrylate resin, a silicone resin and the like and moreover a fiber reinforcing agent as an additive to improve the wear resistance and the mechanical strength. |
