The spiral heat radiation fin(24) having improved cooling effect is circumscribed to the outer wall(16) of the cylindrical anode. The cylindrical yoke(25) have the inflow and outflow openings(26)(27) of the cooling air at lower end and upper end of its wall, respectively. The cooling air flows the spiral air duct comprised by the spiral fin(24), the yoke and the outer wall(16), so that the whole circumference of the outer wall can be cooled uniformly.
