PURPOSE:To provide deep feeling embossed pattern on the surface of molded article by transfering the uneven pattern on the surface of synthetic resin skin material extruded continuously from the extruder by the press mold moving at the same speed. CONSTITUTION:The sheet like skin material 2 which is continuously extruded from the die 8 of the extruder 1 is inserted between a pair of upper and lower molds 4, 4 of the press mold 3. The press mold 3 is composed of a pair of upper and lower molds 4, 4 having the uneven pattern 5 on their surfaces, moved to the extrusion direction of the skin material 2 at the same speed as it, transfers the deep feeling uneven pattern 5 by pressing the skin material 2. Then, it is cut in a proper size by the cutting blade 10, and foaming resin is poured in its back face by the injector 11 and foamed on the foaming conveyor 6. Thus the interior material backed with the foamed synthetic resin layer is obtained. |
