PURPOSE:To manufacture laminate having excellent heat-sealing property and free of order by maintaining the substrate side resin layer at higher temperature and the opposite side resin layer at lower temperature concerning the molten web composed of the plural thermoplastic resin layers and co-extruded to be extrusion-coated to the substrate. CONSTITUTION:In manufacturing method in which the plural layers of thermoplastic resin are co-extruded through the co-extrusion die into the molten web and the web is coated to the substrate to form the laminate, resin A and B are introduced in said die, resin A contacted to the substrate 7 being maintained at higher temperature than that of resin B not contacted to the substrate. Further the path 33 in the die for resin A contacted to the substrate is set at higher temperature and the path 34 in the die for resin B not contacted to the substrate at lower temperature. The space for thermal insulation is provided between the plural resin paths 33, 34 in the die and gas flows in said space, and said plural resin layers are coextruded keeping the temperature difference. |
