PURPOSE:To facilitate the cutting of a plate as well as the operation of installation and ejection of an active material, further, to increase the conductivity and thereby to enhance the output characteristics, by forming a pressure part at the cutting part of a plate which is a substrate filled with paste. CONSTITUTION:An expanded substrate 1 made of a cnductive part 2 and stitches (3) of a net is filled with paste to form a plate 4. Onto the plate 4, a nickel stick is used to form a pressure part 5, by applying the pressure of 60kg/cm<2> to both surfaces of the plate 4. |
