PURPOSE:To easily insert a compound in fixed dimensions, by using a compound push rod, compression pushing a compound from the upper part of a compound pressure cylinder having a tapered part and compound insertion cylinder in its lower part, lowering a zinc can while inserting the compound into the zinc can and filling the compound. CONSTITUTION:A compound pressure cylinder 1 comprises a tapered part 4 and compound insertion cylinder 5 in its bottom part and consists of a compound compression chamber 3, and in its lower portion a zinc can 9 is placed on a vertically movably arranged receiving mount 14 and fitted to the compound insertion cylinder 5, then a compound push rod 6 is lowered from the above of the compound pressure cylinder 1 to compress and push out a compound, thus the receiving mount 14 and the zinc can 9 are lowered while inserting the compound into the zinc can 9, further a limit switch 15 is operated at a lowering position inserted with the compound in prescribed dimensions to stop lowering motion of the push rod 6. In this way, the compound in fixed dimensions can be easily inserted into the zinc can. |
