PURPOSE:To eliminate scratches on the surface of the wheel rationally and produce a wheel showing a beautiful luster through the diffusion of reflected light, by subjecting the wheel to buffing or chemical polishing after a shot blasting treatment. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the wheel is shot blasted with predetermined glass beads or the like to form a uniform rugged surface C throughout the surface of the wheel. The rugged surface of the wheel is subjected to buffing or chemical polishing to make the diameters of the ruggedness more uniform and to impart a luster to the surface. |
