PURPOSE:To detect easily the coincidence point of changing points of two kinds of clock signals, by inputting these two kinds of clock D and FF at the same time when output of exclusive logical sum of two kinds of clocks having different frequencies is set as data input of D and FF. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of clocks (a) and (b) having different frequencies are inputted to an exclusive logical sum circuit 1. A pulse train (c) which is the output of the logical sum circuit 1 is inputted to D and FF2. While, respective signals (d) and (e) delayed by alpha from clocks (a) and (b) by the delay circuit 4 are inputted to FF2. FF2 reads the pulse train (c) at the rising point of pulse trains (d) and (e) and outputs pulse trains (f) and (g). An NAND circuit 3 takes NAND of pulse trins (f) and (g), and outputs a pulse train (h). |
