PURPOSE:To wind a plate group at low applied pressure further with uniformity, by applying tension to a belt and mounting the belt to a rotatably provided winding shaft so as to be contacted to the shaft at least 180 deg. then placing the plate group on said belt thus winding the plate group to the winding shaft. CONSTITUTION:Between a winding shaft 1 and belt holding roller 2, a belt 3 is mounted so as to be contacted to the winding shaft 1 at least 180 deg.. Both supporting ends of the winding shaft 1 and the belt holding roller 2 are arranged to a rotatable state as a free end. To an end at the side of the belt holding roller of the belt 3, a weight 4 is mounted to apply prescribed tension to the belt 3. On said belt 3, a plate group 5 overlapped with a positive pole plate, separator and negative pole plate is placed, then the belt 3 is moved to the direction of an arrow head A and rolled in the winding shaft 1 while pressing the plate group 5 between the winding shaft 1 and the belt 3 thus the spirally shaped plate group can be formed. |
