<p>A false-twisting system uses nipping type falsetwisting apparatus designed to nip filament yarns between two intercrossing endless belts whose working surfaces are urged in the crossing region into engagement with each other. Monofilaments of a first multifilament yarn are wound fast round monofilaments of a second multifilament yarn with combined S- and Z-twists to provide a crimped bundle of yarn closely resembling spun yarns.</p> |
