PURPOSE:To increase the size of a device without increasing impedance by arranging groups of three mesh-shaped center conductors each between layers of >=3 stacked ferrimagnetic bodies and by connecting them electrically in parallel. CONSTITUTION:In a case 1, two permanent magnets 3a and 3b are fitted at the upper and lower parts and (n) (n>=3) ferrite cores 6a-6c are installed in a shield plate 5 in the center space. Further, two groups of three mesh-shaped center conductors are among the (n-1) layers of the ferrite cores and connected electrically in parallel. Furthermore, the mesh-shaped center conductors 12a-12c and 12'a-12'c are each grounded at one terminal. |
