PURPOSE:To obtain a titled material of superior peeling and developing characteristics by interposing a specific layer between a polyethylene terephthalate substrate and a photopolymeriable composition layer. CONSTITUTION:A layer of 0.1-5mu thickness consisting of a mixture of a terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and a linear stad. polyester consisting of a dibasic acid or divalent alcohol other than these two, <=30,000 average mol.wt., and having a carboxyl group or OH group at the molecular terminal and a halogen-contg. high polymer compound (e.g.; polyvinyl chloride), and a photopolymerizable composition layer consisting of a film formable high polymer material contg. a (meth)acrylate alkyl ester polymer, an ethylenic unsatd. polymerizable compound (e.g.; pentaerythriol tracrylate) and a photopolymerization initiator (e.g.; benzoin) are provided on a transparent substrate consistint of polyethylene terephthalate of about 10-150mu thickness. |
