PURPOSE:To makd the device small and light-weight and to enhance durability thereof by changing the ratio of a reference pulsetrain signal from a clock circuit based on a vessel-velocity signal indicated digitally and thereby preparing a pulse- train signal proportional to the velocity of a vessel. CONSTITUTION:The vessel-velocity signal S1 (analog) from an electromagnetic log 200 or the like is inputted in an analog/digital converter 201 and, as a digital signal of a binary code, is inputted in a rate multiplier 203. The reference pulse-train signal P1 having a fixed frequency formed by the clock circuit 202 is changed into a pulse-train signal P2 having a frequency proportional to the vessel-velocity signal S1 in the rate multiplier 203 and is inputted in and integrated by a counter 204. The output of the counter 204 is converted into a synchro signal by a digital/synchro converter 205, which is amplified in power by a synchro amplifier 206 to be formed into the rhumb-line signal S2 and supplied to an outside apparatus. By this constitution, the device can be made small and light-weight and also the precision of an integrating function can be enhanced. |
