PURPOSE:To grasp always the quality of dial pulses, by connecting a pulse reading part to a dial pulse generating circuit through a changover switch to check the quality of dial pulses. CONSTITUTION:A changover switch 10 is switched to the terminal 10b side to connect a dial pulse generating circuit 9 to a pulse reading part 17. Next, several dial pulses are generated from the circuit 9 by a CPU20 and are inputted to the reading part 17 through the switch 10. The reading part 17 reads the width, the period, etc. of dial pulses and outputs them to the CPU20, and the CPU20 operates an impulse speed and an impluse make rate of dial pulses from these inputs and compares them with rated values recorded in a program memory 19. If the impulse speed, the impulse make rate, etc, are outside rated values as the comparison result, the CPU20 sends an alarm signal to a display control circuit 21, and the circuit 21 issues warning through a display part 23. |
