PURPOSE:To maintain the safety of an operator, by a method wherein, after an alarm for arousing operator's attention actuates, a tester is designed to work. CONSTITUTION:A main switch is first turned ON. A switch 3 for alarming buzzer is the turned ON. Then, an alarm buzzer 4, arousing attention paid during the insulating voltae-withstand test, sounds, and a sound sensor 5 works as a subswitch to apply an input voltage to a slide resistor 6 and a transformer 7 and to output a voltage. In case the buzzer 4 does not work, it endangers an operator, and thereby the sound sensor 5 does not actuate and an insulating voltage-withstand tester outputs no voltage. If a main switch is combined with an alarming switch 3, the switch 2 works its own alarm and an alarm sensor is set into operation. This prevents the perception of other alarm for the insulating voltage-withstand tester or other malfunctions. |
