PURPOSE:To enable the smooth and light movement of other parts as well as a curve part and to find a defect, by means of a multidrive axis machine, a profiling truck, and a control circuit for storing shape data and automatically moving a drive axis end. CONSTITUTION:A numeral 1 represent a contact profiling truck which profiles and moves a transducer plate 7 along a surface to be tested, a numeral 7 a multidrive axis UT machine which moves and turns the plate 2 in a three-dimentional manner along the surface to be tested, and a numeral 3 an object to be tested. A numeral 11 is a detect-finding contact which has rolling wheels pivotably secured at the front and the rear and has a center rotably fastened to a moving beam 14 of the contact profiling truck 1, and 12 is a fluid cylinder which raises and lowers the beam 14 through the securing of a lower end of a piston rod to the center of the moving beam 14. A numeral 13 represents guide rods which are slidably supported in a perpendicular direction at opposite ends of a machine frame 15 and have the lower ends pivotably secured to the opposite ends of the moving beam 14 through links 16 to smoothly guide the vertical movement of the beam 14. |
