PURPOSE:To perform various signal processings for a special picture processing or the like in the device main body, by using the sotrage function of a solid-state function element provided in an image pickup part as a 1-frame 1F memory where 1F components of data are stored. CONSTITUTION:A photodetecting part 41A and a storage part 41B of an image sensor 2 consist of vertical transfer registers due to CCDs, and they have a storage capacity for 1-frame 1F components of data respectively. In case that the photodetecting part 41A is used as a 1F memory, data is inputted from an input terminal 46A to the photodetecting part 41A through a horizontal transfer register part 43A and is read out through a horizontal transfer register part 43B. Similarly, in case that the storage part 41B is used as a 1F memory, data is inputted through a horizontal transfer register part 43C and is read out through a horizontal transfer register part 43D. Thus, signal processings for a special picture processing such as a time base processing, a picture quality improving processing, a strobe image pickup, and a motion tracer are performed in the device main body. |
