The object is to avoid the transmission of ramming impacts onto the fixed section of the tube. It has a main output connecting piece with an interlock which is supported by an auxiliary output connecting piece and a control system for the interlock. The control mechanism contains a cam disc (30) which operates in conjunction with the interlock (21, 22) and will ensure a continuous opening of the interlock. The auxiliary output connecting piece consists of two semicircular elements (28, 29) each attached to the interlocking element (21, 22). The interlocking elements are swivel mounted on parallel axes. Each carries a roller (25, 33) which operates in conjunction with the cam.
