PURPOSE:To remarkably enhance the magnetic characteristics of a spinodal decomposition type Fe-Cr-Co magnetic alloy by combinedly adding Ti, Si and S to the alloy. CONSTITUTION:To a spinodal decompositon type magnet alloy consisting of 17- 45% Cr, 5-35% Co and the balance Fe are combinedly added 0.01-5% Ti, 0.01- 2% Si and 0.1-2% S or further added 0.1-5% one or more among Al, B, Sn, Nb, Ta, Mn, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ge, C, Ce, Sm, V, Mo, W and Zr. By the combined addition of Ti, Si and S the magnetic characteristics of the magnet alloy, especially the coercive force is enhanced remarkably. |
