MANUFACTURE OF METALLIC MAGNETIC POWDER

摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture metallic magnetic powder with superior magnetic characteristics by dipping an iron-base metallic compound in an aqueous soln. of water soluble silicone oil and reducing it. CONSTITUTION:An iron-base metallic compound such as metallic oxlate, formate, oxide or oxyhydroxide is dipped in an aqueous soln. of water soluble silicone oil such as silicone-oxyethylene copolymer, silicone-oxypropylene copolymer or silicone oil having polyoxypropylene at the side chain. After the dipping, the compound is dried and reduced by an ordinary method.
