PURPOSE:To recover sensible heat effectively and reutilize the same by recovering the sensible heat of coils during coil cooling in a cooling chamber by means of steam or hot water, and further causing the heat exchanging of this with the waste gas after the passage through the recuperator in a heating chamber. CONSTITUTION:The cooling water of a cooler 8 enters a cooler 8 at ordinary tepm. from a water source 9, and in the cooler, it cools the high temp. atmosphere gas circulating in a cooling chamber 2 and is thereby raised of temp. by about 10- 15 deg.C. This gas is fed to a gas-water separating drum 10. Since heat pipes 11 are provided in the drum 10, satd. steam of around 160 deg.C and about 7kg/cm<2> is generated in the drum 10 by the sensible heat of coils A. This steam is fed through a pipe 12 to a reheater 13, where it is superheated to superheated steam of about 10kg/cm<2>. After the waste gas in a heating chamber 1 is about 500-550 deg.C after the passage of the recuperator, it lowers down to about 300-350 deg.C after superheating, and is dissipated to outdoors. |
