The working chair is esp. for a farm-worker occupied in e.q. vine-tending, and consists of a seat mounted on a leg. The seat is pref. adjustable in height and is fixed to the worker's body by a strap forming a belt and joined to the seat by four adjustable straps at the front, back and two sides. The belt is joined to the straps by a buckle. The base consists of two telescopically sliding tubes or alternatively the seat can be supported on two independently adjustable legs for use on rough ground.
